My Story
From the age of 16 I became very interested in health and fitness. It started with running, then resistance training. The weightlifting got me researching nutrition - I would do whatever I could to maximise my performance. I'm 22 now and my interests have only grown over the past 6 years. From metabolic health to physconeuroimmunoendicronology, if it involves the body or mind I'm hooked!
MMy Weight-Loss Approach
My passion lays in metabolic health, nutrition, and exercise science. When it comes to health and fitness, I like to take a holistic approach. I always start with a full health assessment for new clients so I can create a workout and nutrition plan specifically taloired towards their goals. My method is always the same: Step 1: Get the body metabolically healthy. Step 2: Build a relaistic plan that supports the clients goals. Step 3: Watch the weight roll off.
