Policies 

Commitment Policy

We reccommend a 3 month commitment to all clients. This is to allow enough time to build up a streak of consistency and see adequete progress. With that being said if a client isn't happy and would like to leave, they may do so at any time!

Client responsibility policy

Clients must notify their trainer of any conditions or health concerns prior to signing up. This includes, but is not limited to, heart conditions, joint issues, or any other condition that may impact the client's ability to safely participate in physical activity. The client is responsible for their health and safety and must take any inherent risks into concern.

Cancellation policy

If a client needs to cancel a session, they must give their trainer 24 hours notice. If sufficient notice is given we will reschedule the session to a time that works for both you and your trainer. If sufficient notice isn't given you will be charged at full price for the session missed.

Sickness Policy

Clients must notify their trainer by 9AM on the day of their session if they’re ill. With sufficient notice, sessions can be rescheduled. Late notice or no-shows will be charged at full price.
