Why do we make certain food choices? How can we as women support our hormone health using diet and exercise? How can a healthy diet and a regimented workout prgramme not only help us slim down but boost our energy, mood, and confidence - These are just a few of the questions I’ve been exploring since high school.

As a qualified nutritionist with three years of experience Ive helped many women lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way - one habit at a time.
